I’m heading down to the Arnold Classic at the end of February. Does anyone know who that is famous that is gonna be there? Last year Larry Fitzgerald of the Arizona Cardinals was there as was Matt Hasselback of the Seahawks. I’ve tried alot of websites but no one is saying anything. Much appreciated, Peace.

i hate cutting. so far i’ve lost a total of 14 lbs down to 193, but i’m only at about 13-14%. i’m about 1-2% off of my goal of 12%, but all i want to do rite now is to eat like there is no tommorow! haha. seems like i’ve been seeing great results but i need extra motivation to keep going. any suggestions?

just starting out the cut and things aren’t looking too shabby. I’m eating between 2500-2700 calories and roughly 150 grams of protein per day and have dropped 3 lbs in the last week and a half. Thanks for everyone’s support and I’ll keep everything posted.

Since my last post I have gained another 5 lbs of solid muscle. I’m now at 200 lbs and will be adding another 10 lbs before I start to cut. I only have 3 pics so far but there will be more to come soon!

I’ve already gained 5 lbs of solid muscle in the last week and half. i’m toping the scale at 195 lbs and looking to increase it to 210 before i start to cut. For the last few days I’ve been eating 300 g of Protein with about 4200 calories. I’m thrilled with the results as I have gone up on many lifts including bench, squat, and deadlift. til next time…peace

Bulking is going good so far. I’ve gained 4 lbs in just over 2 weeks. I’ve been consuming 4,000 calories/day and eating 30% from protein, 50 from carbo, and 20 from fat. Any suggestions? Please comment on my pic. It helps me on how I can succeed at bodybuilding. Thanks
