So I have been hitting it hard lately and here are the results. I am down to 179 with 11% bodyfat Benching over 300 cut my squats off at 400 ( due to back surgery ) Leg pressing over 1400 preacher curls 135 deadlift 315 once again cut it off due to surgery. Ran my first 5k the other night and placed first in my age group ( no I was not the only one in my group
) So things are going pretty good for me. For the first time in a long time I am starting to feel good about myself on the inside. Some people dont like this think I am to cocky or tied up with my looks but it has nothing to do with looks they are just a benefit of busting my but and finally trying to reach my goals. Thank you to all of you on here who have showed support it has really helped a bunch.

Ok if you are reading my lifting statd the newest set is the one to go by. The stats I had before were off of estimates not the real thing. I recently started doing cross fit and doing more exercises to help with over all body strength. The numbers I had before were from some weird calculation thing a guy at the gym had and were way off from the real deal numbers. So I hope I dont seem like a wuss for losing some pounds on some of the moves but at least now the numbers are true.

I have been dealing with this shoulder thing for a little over a year now. I have pushed through and have my bench back up. Although I cant do the touch and go but get to about 1-2 inches off the chest. But I am now back to finishing with 275#ish. Cardio has been not so good with a new baby here had too cut something so cardio goy cut down.So now it is time to pick it back up and drop some pounds.

OK here I go it has been about a month and the shoulder is not much better I have laid off benching and such for a while trying to get the shoulder better but no luck. Went to the Arnold and when we got home went to the gym this week and said screw it I need a chest day so after a little over a month off finished the chest workout with 265 with out much problem other than some pain so giving it a few more weeks and reevaluate the situation.

OK I was making good progress for me had a couple guys working out with me not doing anythind stupid then I wake up and my shoulder hurts some. Not a big deal to me go through the day doing the normal things go to the gym that night try to do some light and I mean light incline flys and it feels like my arm is going to fall off. OK enough of that try some light bench and once again I mean light damn that hurts too shrugs yep that hurts delt raises hell yeah can feel that so we try some biceps damn it can feel it with preacher curls. now the only things that dont hurt arre triceps cable moves dumbell curls and close grip rows. Doctor said tendonitis/bursitis been stuck doing shit for workouts now for 3 weeks and still not feeling much better if anyone else has had this please tell me I can get back at it soon. I really liked benching 275+ for my last set and want to get back there soon. One good point cardio workouts happen alot more and leg pressing well over 1100# Progress up to the injury pracher curls 145# shrugs 500# wide rows 250# same as close decline press 360# for 10

Ok I just need some support from all of you on here. I need some motivation anymore the people around me are supportive but not enough. The workout buddies other than my wife have bailed on me so I figured some words from all of you might kepp me focused a little more and show me I am not wasting my time like so many other people say I am doing ( I hate energy vampires ) so anything at all would be great thank you.
