I’ve been eating 4500 calories/day for the last month and a half now. It seems that my weight is hovering between 170-175 for the past 3 weeks….time to up it again.

Ah, now these are the type of blogs i like to read! How many times i have laughed on this site reading blogs of poor suckers trying to BULK on like 2500 calories per day, then wondering why they are not making gains! You gotta eat big to get big my friend, keep up the good work. I was eating about 4000 calories this off season and i am about 150 pounds so your amount seems fine in my eyes. Eat big, training heavy, and grow large

I’m at that point as well,need to increase,man,it’s tough! I’m tired of eating! Who knew I would ever have that problem?!
