Oh Man!!
Basically, I have a love hate relationship with the step mill.Love what it’s doing for my glutes and legs.HATE how it makes me want to throw up .LOL,My work out partnerĀ Defy47 and I haveĀ decided that we are definately ready to climb the stairs of the statue of liberty without needing oxygen.Hehe.Goal is to have buns of steel by Oct.I don’t think that’s going to be hard to do.Oh !! What was that" I have an a$$ of a 20 yr old!! LMAO

youre so lucky, i used to have one at my old gym, it closed down last year, now i have to settle for the stairmaster. I buy a day pass to the Y now and then just to TREAT myself to a workout on it lol!!!
I was doing so well too, ONE HOUR at level 18!!!talk about sweat!!!

The dreaded step mill!!!! I also have a love hate relationship with it. I swear though nothing works and conditions the legs like it though.
