Please God
Please God,I’m feeling my energy levels and enthusiasm returning.Please help me to stay the course.I feel as though and old best friend has come back to stay and that the fog has lifted.I am so Grateful.My workouts are once again intense ,leaving me feeling alive and powerful.The past 6 months have certainly been a test .I’ve learned that I am stronger than I ever believed I was.Where theres a will there a way.NEVER GIVE UP, NEVER QUIT.

Amen. Right person to ask. Put it all in his hands and use his tool…your body to the best ability. God will never leaves. We are the ones that get lost. Every set, every rep is thanks to him.
