Lift and tighten
Awesome leg workout today.Really starting to see some progress in my hams and butt, really tackeling those areas as well as inner thigh.That area seems to be a little more resisitant to the punishment it recieves,it will come.1 hr of cardio.That was tuff because I was already beat up.Felt great though when I made it to the end.43 won’t have me ,LOL
