I’ve made my decision.I’m going to shoot for a show in October. Stay focused –no derailment,I need to bring up shoulders and legs.I’ve picked the date ,it’s been verbalized.DONE !,get to work

I think sometimes shows are great motivation cause they keep you focused and give you a goal to work towards.
