Change
Changed things up again.Like a MAD scientist.Keep tweaking till we see something move.Changed the already clean diet to something different High protein,low carb ,moderate fat.Lost the peanut butter,that was a killer, lol.Added some more cardio.Really turned up the intensity of my workouts.Just when you think you are giving it your all you find you can push a little more.The leg workout this morning was awesome,now thats what I’m talkin about!!!Change is GOOD:)
