Not Right

Things are still not turning around.Still gaining weight.Just not right that a person such as myself ,thats so into fitness should be plagued with such a rediculous problem. They are going to be testing me for adrenal fatigue and cushings I can’t believe it .It’s like swimming against the tide.I keep swimming sometimes  even doggy paddle.I do’t want to give up cause if I do ,I’m terrified of just turning into a blob. It’s just not right :(

Please remain positive…you look amazing! Also try to stay off of a scale and away from a mirror for about a week. You look gorgeous. You might not think you are making the weight you want to make but from what I am looking at your body looks extremely tight and right! Keep your head up and stay positive!

Just stay calm. I’m sure it’s just a matter of finding what is plauging you. It doesn’t sound like adrenal failure though. If you want pm me with what you ate last week and I’ll take a closer look at it.

Keep it together and focus. Realize that setbacks are opportunities in disguise. Opportunities to learn about our bodies and refine ourselves. You’ll get through. It’s all you.
