Thyroid Meds
I "m Totally confused .the last month or so ,my lifting partner(Defy47) and myself have been bustin ass .1 more wk of 5×5’s .Everything was going great and now all of a sudden things are looking smooth.I’m gaining weight and tired as hell.I don’t know if it’s overtraining or thyroid meds.I don’t feel over trained .I’m not sore,My Dr has been after me to have my levels checked and with the holidays and kids I keep pushing it off.Maybe it’s time I listen to the Doc.I’m getting frustrated though. My diet is tight, every workout is balls to the wall.MMMm ,Don’t quit yet T ,FIGURE IT OUT

You should get your levels checked. My gf just went through the same thing. She was tired and lethargic and just couldn’t hit her normal intensity levels. Went to doc and adjusted her thyroid meds. We thought overtraining also but it was her meds.
Good luck.

Probably tired of hearing get your thyroid checked, but it is a good idea. Solution could be as simple as a med adjustment. Stay positive and keep working hard. Hope you feel better soon.

go get it checked.. if your levels are low you get tired all the time, crumpy and no energy. they usually give you synthroid and after about 3-4 doses you start to feel better. lots think its low iron or just overwork but its yoour t3 level so go get it checked

Def. get it checked. You can never be to careful. Look for signs of weakness, tired, weight gain, things hard to remember, craving salt, and not being able to handle the cold(although your from Mass. and handling the cold up there is tough enough).
