Early morning wake up call
This morning I recieved a message from a body space member,that I guess I would call a wake up call.He lives in another country ,so when I brought up the whole story behind Thanksgiving he had questions.Such as ,well when is Thanks giving? and the best question of all"WHAT ARE YOU MOST THANKFUL FOR"?Geeze all I was thinking about to be honest with ya , was how to get through the day without really screwing up my diet.I am truley grateful for many things,but probably wouldn’t have all come to mind until that day. I’m glad this friend brought this up.I am grateful for my family my friends ,having a HOME a JOB ,Healthy food to put on the table daily.And a healthy body.That allows me to do this crazy sport ,that allows me to beat it up on a daily bases and reward me actually with positive results (Maybe not as quickly as I’d like)but I’m getting there.I am grate ful for all these things and more.

Gratitude, and even more, EXPRESSING gratitude, is a lost art. Good thing we have an actual season for it and a day set aside. Count those blessings. Name them. Give thanks for them. It keeps you humble, moving forward, and in the good graces of all those who continue to bless our lives, especially God’s!!

Hey girl love your blog!! You look marvelous in yellow!! The photographer defianetly has it down!! Not done trying to convince you to go into the spa biz w me!! It would be another thing to add to your gratitude list!
