The Blues

I thought I was prepared for the after show blues but I guess I’m not.I find myself the pastĀ  couple of days kinda floudering about.I know that I need to gain more muscle,but I really like being lean.Is there a way to have both?I’m trying to figure out what to add to my diet without adding a layer of fat as well.The Holidays are coming I need to haveĀ  my path mapped out so I don’t screw up.

    I am torn with the same dilemma. WHEY protein is the answer I guess…lots of food high in protein and lift heavy 6-8 reps…

    I dont know what your diet consists of, but I would recomend upping your calories. Good calories for example instead of 4oz of chix try 6-8oz. Increase some of your proportions.
