Remember
This morning, on my way home from the gym I was thinking how it is that I will reach knew goals,how will I keep myelf feeling excited about working out.And then I thought , first look how far you have come .In the last 2 yrs alone my body has been thru so much. Fitness has been what has kept my mind focusing on moving forward.The gym and the friendships I have made there is what has kept my mind off the bad shit.My body is strong and I am grateful .I need to Remember without my health I cannot move forward.Stop getting angry about slow progress.Map out the knew road to get to the next level.And remember to stop and be proud of how far I have come.
