leg Day
Love leg day!Wailed them this morning.They are looking much better .Need to figure out what is really going to target the glute area more.I work them really hard they just don’t respond as quickly as legs.I know I give 100% effort to my workouts and my diet.Don’t get fustrated It’s a work in progress plug away

Super wide stance and go as deep as you can. Also add in some heavy stiff legged deads, that should bring out the glutes.

Deep romanian deadlifts doing partial range of motion always work best for me. Try squatting down like you’re going to do a normal deadlift, then raise your hips until you feel some tightness in your hams and glutes. Then you know you’re in the right position to target them. Keep the legs stiff in that position and perform the reps but stop toward the top once you feel your back starting to contribute more than your legs. Hope that helps!
