confusion
I hate those days that I wake up and I feel so heavy .Today is one of those days.,and it creates such confusion.I did everything right the day before ,so what makes things look different?Idid double cardio yesturday HMM,was it that? Is that why I look so flat today? To much fiberious carbs.Maybe I need more complex carbs mmm,Such confusion things move along great and then all of a sudden it’s .Time to change the plan again.The body always keeping us guessing.I’ll figure it out.
