Holy smokes! Back and bi’s with Ed and Lauren this morning.Ed really beat the crap out of us.One of those workouts when you say"Am I even going to be able to do my hair today" cause you can’t lift your freakin arms.Whatever works right.We did some HITT after.So we were definately spent.I went out to my car to go home ,can’t wait now !because I’m STARVING.and the check the electronic throttle light comes on and the car will not move.WHAT THE F@#$!!! OH well lets look at this in a different light….made it to the gym .HOLY SMOKES

Yes!!109 lbs this morning.Have to do my body fat on thursday 2 weeks left till OCB show my goal was 108 at 9% bodyfat hopefully thats what the caliper says on thursday.

Chest and tri’s today,Did tri sets and fried them up.It felt really good.Triceps need work,so I really need to push them.Did some slow grind cardio. love it !I can really feel it in my glutes and hams.Diet is going really goo .I had a bridal shower to go to yesturday.It was at this resturaunt that has the best pizza ever.I ate before I went but I’ll tell ya it was tuff.Onion pizza mmmm.Ok enough salavating when I can see more abs I’ll be glad that I didn’t dive in

Day off today.Almost went and did cardio,but reeled myself in(you must rest).Legs are wicked sore from legs yesturday,love that!Went last night to the hair salon and had my hair wacked off..I LOVE IT.YA’LL will see it in the next pic update .Bi’s and Tri’s tomorrow whooo hooo!

Love leg day!Wailed them this morning.They are looking much better .Need to figure out what is really going to target the glute area more.I work them really hard they just don’t respond as quickly as legs.I know I give 100% effort to my workouts and my diet.Don’t get fustrated It’s a work in progress plug away

Had a great workout this morning.Bi’s and Tri’s. Lauren and I trained with our trainer today.I love doing Bi’s and Tri’s with Ed .They ALWAYS end upcompletely fried.We make a great team.Things are looking better and better .I’m so excited.How could I fail,with my tenacity ,my workout partner ,Ed and body space I can see my fitness goals becoming reality.YEY Team!

Rest day today,I like them and dislike them at the same time.I know my body needs time to recover,but I feel like my day isn’t quite the same.I love the feeling I have after a great workout.I’m excited about tomorrow though.After some great suggestions from mojofit I can’t wait to get in there .Again ,I am so happy I joined body space ,and I am grateful to all the folks here that are willing to share their knowledge.I’ve already seen some changes in my physique since I started and it,s only going to get better.I’m so excited

I hate those days that I wake up and I feel so heavy .Today is one of those days.,and it creates such confusion.I did everything right the day before ,so what makes things look different?Idid double cardio yesturday HMM,was it that? Is that why I look so flat today? To much fiberious carbs.Maybe I need more complex carbs mmm,Such confusion things move along great and then all of a sudden it’s .Time to change the plan again.The body always keeping us guessing.I’ll figure it out.

My work-out partner is away on vaca.So wierd when you don’t have your team mate .Lauren is also one of my best friends.We work so well together,pushing each other that extra.I think I’m even more tuff on myself when she’s gone .I give myself that little pep talk on the way to the gym (Just because your partners not here doesn’t mean you give in to a half assed workout!) I didn’t let me down.I kicked my own ass once again.
