			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today i started Physical Training (PT) for AFROTC for the semester. it offically sucked ass. PT itself wasn&#8217;t really too bad, even though i got my ass kicked for a solid hour, it was attempting to go to the gym this afternoon. the REC was a mad house with people standing everywhere. i managed to get in a half assed back workout before i didn&#8217;t have any energy (or patience with dumb people) to go on. so here i sit at my computer completly wiped out, with homework i should probably work on yet. Tomorrow i get to get up at 5:30 and do it all over again. i think i might just take tomorrow off as far as lifting goes, and pick it up again on thursday. otherwise, i could see myself getting run down and possibly getting sick. hopefully the people in my dorm hall will be quiet tonight and allow me to get some solid sleep because the lord knows i need it!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>well, made it back from Arizona&#8230;had a good time, actually got to lift twice although i know i lost some strength. i know this because i lifted  yesterday and had a pretty tough time at it, and today i&#8217;m really sore&#8230;which is good i guess. i go back to school on tuesday of next week so that will get me back into the swing of things. im deffinatly making great gains though, my back has gotten alot bigger and more defined. im just trying to figure out what im going to work on when i go to my high school to lift here in about an hour. i guess ill figure somthing out.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>well i finally made it through first semester at KSU, it was pretty rough but i managed to stack on a solid 11 pounds. ive been lifting at my High schools weight room the last week now since i have been home. today one of my buddies squatted 500 lbs raw&#8230;it was pretty badass, i thought about maxing but didn&#8217;t end up doing it. instead i had a killer workout. im trying to get my upper body to match the strength of my legs so i cut it short on squats yesterday. the other day though i did 10-8-6-4 cycle doing 225-275-315-360. i fell on my 4th rep although i almost had it&#8230;i was pretty pissed i gave up so easy&#8230;tomorrow i leave for my sisters house in tuscon arizona, hopefully i can find a good place to lift out there because there is no way im going to let this semester&#8217;s hard work go to shit.
