			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Worked my chest and tris this morning.  Didn&#8217;t go heavy at all &#8212; last year I pulled a muscle in my back and I think I may have aggravated it slightly.  So took it easy today.  Did flat bench and incline presses on the Smith machine.  4-5 sets on the pec deck and some Triceps Pushdowns.  Fairly light workout overall but back felt good afterward.  Will take tomorrow off then work back/bis on Sunday, or maybe run 3 miles.

		<description><![CDATA[I ran this morning on the treadmill, about 2.5 miles.  I missed 3-4 weeks of cardio and lifting due to an upper respiratory infection so I&#8217;m almost back to running my normal 3 miles.  I&#8217;m hoping to get more cut for spring, so I&#8217;m gonna run more often and a little farther.  Will ramp up [...]]]></description>
