Chest/tri workout
Friday, January 25th, 2008Worked my chest and tris this morning. Didn’t go heavy at all — last year I pulled a muscle in my back and I think I may have aggravated it slightly. So took it easy today. Did flat bench and incline presses on the Smith machine. 4-5 sets on the pec deck and some Triceps Pushdowns. Fairly light workout overall but back felt good afterward. Will take tomorrow off then work back/bis on Sunday, or maybe run 3 miles.
