Chest/tri workout
Worked my chest and tris this morning. Didn’t go heavy at all — last year I pulled a muscle in my back and I think I may have aggravated it slightly. So took it easy today. Did flat bench and incline presses on the Smith machine. 4-5 sets on the pec deck and some Triceps Pushdowns. Fairly light workout overall but back felt good afterward. Will take tomorrow off then work back/bis on Sunday, or maybe run 3 miles.

see man wht u have did is correct but put more weights u can and push that out ok…. and one more thing never ever do everyday.. it never increase… do everything in systematically ok!!!!!!!!!!1
