Ran this morning
I ran this morning on the treadmill, about 2.5 miles. I missed 3-4 weeks of cardio and lifting due to an upper respiratory infection so I’m almost back to running my normal 3 miles. I’m hoping to get more cut for spring, so I’m gonna run more often and a little farther. Will ramp up to 3-4 miles every 2-3 days. Really starting to watch what I eat also. Tomorrow I plan to work chest and tris.

Good to hear you’re gettin’ back into things. Hope ‘08 proves to be a better and healthier year versus all the stuff from last.

Way to go Bob. Keep at it…get that bod trimmed right down…you’re off to a great start. Beach weather will be here in just a few more months…cept for us folks up here in the NE…winter lasts forever!!
