WATER!!!!!!
Monday, October 13th, 2008So, I’ve been on point 100% with my diet for almost 4 weeks now (thanks to dedicating myself on weekends to pre-cooking meals-A MIRACLE!), and been working my ASS off everyday in the gym, because I have set forth a goal for myself to not miss a workout for 30 days straight, and I am 10 days in with 100% success!!! Anyhow, by now, I would be seeing some pretty good definition in my abs because this kind of dedication is unprecedented for me, and my upperbody leans out fairly quickly….well, I was reading this article about water retention the other day, and it said that to retain LESS water, you must drink MORE water…because if your body is not getting enough water then it will not be flushing the water because it is in that "starvation mode" for water….SOOO yesterday, I downed a whole gallon of water for the day, and guess what? This morning I woke up and BAM!!! There were my abs, and also my abdominal VEINS showing through! That was the trick!
You can consider me a water addict from here on out…….
