my diet = FAIL
I've been really failing on my diet.  It just been so hard with having the little one when we're out and about, I end up getting drive thru food for the speed of it. Last night was chinese food (the Americanized bad kind), I felt horrible after eating it. I need to get on track with the diet and commit to doing better. Next weekend is picture and measurement day. I hope I still have progress.
there is still many ways to eat right when on the move, trust me, my job is demanding and long hours, it also helps if you know your going to be running around prepack your meals, and protein bars help as well as tuna packets, my last tour i kept them in my bag always when my soldiers are eatting trash food i would sit on top on my truck with my pre packed food. eat my tuna and drink my shake.
biggest thing is realizeing your goal and staying focused on that. it takes a lot of self will to pass up the fast foods but you have to remember your goal and strive to achive. i also agree with inked 187 you can always pre pack on those days you will be on the road. but keep looking forward and stay focused and you will get your results
well, it's usually not planned. I should keep something for myself, but I end up in the drive thru getting nuggets when time is tight for the little one. Which in turn, I just get lazy and hungry when I smell the fried stuff and I end up getting it for myself. It's definately something I need to be more conscience of.
