Can you say busy!?!?  Well obviously its been several weeks since I have had a chance to get over here and create a blog entry <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />   BUt I am now only 5 days out from my first show and I really CANNOT wait!  Definately gotta find a little more time to work on my posing and get it down just right over the next few days, then the last minute stuff like nails, hair, waxing etc and we will be all ready to go!  Besides the being tired a lot here lately (then again sleep at night kinda been BLAH) this whole diet down wasn&#8217;t too bad, especially for a first go around&#8230; so I could more then likely see myself doing it again in the near future with a couple of dates already in mind for early fall <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yeah so I have been slacking on this blog quite a bit!!!  BUt finally found some free time so thought that I would go ahead and update it finally!  Well my goals have changed slightly and I am gonna be doing the June 2 show as my first show and then another one probably later on in the fall.  Been super busy opening up my business as well (which is a personal training/massage company with my roommate) so we have been getting the website in order, along with brochures, business cards, etc.  I am just about 5 1/2 weeks out though from my show and I can&#8217;t wait!  SO far still going strong&#8230; lifts are no longer going up but still matching previous weeks lifts, although I can tell that soreness is starting to set in more, as well as tiredness, and recovery time.  Thats where things stand right now and I will try to be better about updating this more as time goes on now!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sorry I have been slacking on the whole blog thing, I wanted to try to do weekly updates and I am trying to do my best at it, but when keeping up with a log at the same time its kinda tough.  ANyways, I have 9 weeks until my first show, and 12 weeks to go for my second show and so far things are still going good!  I am yet to see all that many changes, but I heard they start to come more often after you have been dieting for about 4 weeks so we&#8217;ll see what this week has to bring!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok, so I meant to start this blog last week when I originally started my cut but I tend to procrastinate. <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' /> &nbsp; So with that being said, I have one week down so far and 11 to go. &nbsp; So far so good too, no hunger issues or anything like that but my cals are still up there so thats not that much of a surprise, but we will see as time goes on too if I am still saying that LOL.&nbsp; Not sure how many people even read these but I greatly appreciate everyones support and encouragement that does!&nbsp; I am gonna try and post at least weekly and keep everyone updated and towards the end I will try to post even more regularly as well. &nbsp; Right now the goal at hand is my first figure show which is May 12, in Bellvedere, IL and then if all goes well a second show three weeks later that is June 2, here in Detroit, MI.
