Sorry I have been slacking on the whole blog thing, I wanted to try to do weekly updates and I am trying to do my best at it, but when keeping up with a log at the same time its kinda tough.  ANyways, I have 9 weeks until my first show, and 12 weeks to go for my second show and so far things are still going good!  I am yet to see all that many changes, but I heard they start to come more often after you have been dieting for about 4 weeks so we’ll see what this week has to bring!
