Cheat meal???
Okay this is probably gonna seem like the silliest blog ever
But… I would like to hear some suggestions on favorite cheat meals??? Trying to get them all outta my system before I start cutting and all I can seem to think of that I want is granola or maple pecans as silly as both of those sound LOL

Every time I diet I end up craving something different. Pancakes usually tops the list though. I don’t think eating them will get them out of your system though. maybe just account for some cheat meals in your overall program.

Hmm doughnuts do nothing for me unless I can have my grandmas cake doughnuts, I was always more of a muffin person… HMMM so maybe I’ll go get a big blueberry muffin :p Pancakes sound good to me all the time, but I also have them all the time with my oatmeal/egg whites mixture! Thanks GUYS!!

Well I ended up at DOn Pablos and had a big ole margarita, chips, hot sauce, queso, split the combo fajitas and then a banana chocolate dessert cake :p

mmmm cheat meal i have 3 weeks and i get a cheat meal i think all day and think hard about what i want (in 3 weeks) ITS A BIG DECISION!!! you dont want to mess up haha
