Carb Cycle
Well started up a carb cycle about a week ago and so far seems to be going so so… not any noticeable/visual changes at least not that I am seeing (but we are our own worst critic too of course) but energy levels have been pretty good and lifts are still going up in the gym. SO I would say so far so good, and its just another way to learn a little more about my body and see how it responds to certain things that way I will know from here on out

There is a reason that so many people have tried cyclical diets; they work well, and on your high days, it’s almost like you’re not dieting!
PS - It’s about time you had another blog entry in here.

I never did a carb cycle thing. What are you looking to do with it? I am high protein low fat myself. It seems to be working. I am trying to lose bodyfat right now.

DVS- Yeah yeah yeah, I know I needed another entry in here it was just figuring out what I wanted to type about when I got a million things in my head at once LOL
MsFit- My goal is just to try to learn how my body responds to it and go from there so I’ll have a better idea here in a little bit when I go to cut
