Monday – Chest\Back:
Bench press –&#160; 2 sets of 12 reps\ 45 lb barbell w\ 1 35 lb plate on each side and 2 sets with 45 lb barbells
Incline Bench Press – Again, 2 sets of 12 reps with 25 lbs weights and [...]]]></description>

<p><strong>Monday – Chest\Back:</strong><br />
Bench press –&nbsp; 2 sets of 12 reps\ 45 lb barbell w\ 1 35 lb plate on each side and 2 sets with 45 lb barbells</p>
<p>Incline Bench Press – Again, 2 sets of 12 reps with 25 lbs weights and 2 sets with 35 lb weights<br />
Decline Bench Press – Followed the exact same steps as incline bench<br />
Lat Pulldowns – 2 sets of 12 at 135, 2 sets of 10 with an added 10lbs<br />
Close Grip Lat Pulldowns –  same as lat pulldowns<br />
Seated Cable Rows – 2 sets of 12 at 120-135, 2 sets of 10 at 1140-160</p>
<p>Deadlifts - 2 sets of 12 reps with a 35lb plate on each side. 2 more sets with 40 lbs on each side.</p>
<p>Finished up abs:</p>
<p>4 sets of Cable Crunches (20 reps each)</p>
<p>4 sets of Decline sit ups (15 reps each)</p>
<p>4 sets of Seated leg tucks (15 reps each)</p>
<p>Felt a little weak towards the end, but much better shortly afterwards.</p>
<p>Good start.
