This is a very demanding meal regimen. It would be almost impossible with a regular job. Apart from that, how do you get any energy to train with such a low carb intake? You need some fruit and vegetables for a healthier intake. You can still eat them and maintain your cuts, although wuantities would have to be lower. It’s all a matter of balance. I wish you luck. You have an awesome physique and should go far.

in Response to Makela.. I took a Multivitamin and drank orange juice occasionally. Juice has a few carbs in it so I usually avoided that for water mixed with crystal light. Keep in mind this was my 1 week out plan as I was dropping calories by 100cals each week. So I took out my rice around 2 weeks out because I couldn’t hit my calorie total of 2,100 otherwise. Energy wise I felt fine, my poundages I used in the gym stayed pretty much the same cause I was getting a good amount of protein in my system. And you said it. "Almost" impossible. It sucks but you’ll get use to it.

Most likely Tone, It was my first time dieting so you learn.. I’ll probably increase my carbs a bit more and drop the fats to zero in the last week. I thinking the fact that my carbs were so low cancelled out the effect of the fats. The calories were pretty low overall.
