stupid knee
Havent been able to train the way I want……and it sucks!! My knee had really been bothering me and I was ordered(by my doctor) to take 2 weeks off. I told him staying out of the gym for two weeks was out of the question. 2 weeks will turn into 2 months if I do that. I have been in the gym…..but I cant do anything weight bearing. So,basically,the only cardio Im able to do is the recumbant bike. My two weeks is up soon,so if the dr gives me the thumbs up……Im comin back guns blazin!!!! Just seems to be the way it goes for me…..I get a good head of steam going and then something happens to throw me off track. I should be used to that now! lol Good news is I’ve not let this setback affect my eating. I could take full advantage ot this and throw my diet completely out the window…..but I’ve been a good girl. *giving myself a pat on the back!*

Good job on staying on track with the eats Stef, you deserve that pat on the back. Let that knee heal up and then you can get back at it all the way. Keep ON!!
