My Gym opens in about 2 weeks and i’m excited to start getting in there everyday!! need to have an action plan when I go tho, any exercise tips would be appreciated! Who know maybe even transform my body and become a FITNESS MODEL.. what do u think and know?!?!

Your cardio needs to be done in intrevals. Its the best way to burn fat, bringing the heart rate up high and then letting it slowly subside. And if I were trying to loose weight and tone up I would do alot of supersets with minimal rest between sets. I hope this helps you out and good luck with everything!

What excatly are you trying to do? What is your % of bodyfat at now? What i see on the pics on your site , but it simply you look pretty good, you look to be in decent shape. What are you currently doing to stay in shape and excerise?

I’m no expert, but looking at your height, weight and pictures, you may not want to loose that much scale weight. When I first joined, I scanned through and found women my height whose bodies I loved and took a look at their stats and workout programs to set goals for myself. You’ll find a lot of good information on this site! Good luck!
