I did it
over the last 3 weeks I been trying to bench press what it was my max 95.pounds my max rep was 3 times this was over 6months ago but then I stop training gaing weight and all went down hill .today it s been 3 weeks since I back at training and I did it . Im so happy this even better I can lift100 pounds 5 times with no help from any body just me doing it It felt so good now my goal is 115.

step- ups w/ 15.p w each arm 5 sets of 12
tri-push down 22.5 x10 5 sets

tri ext, 20 pounds 5 sets of 10
push ups five sets of 10
and 30 mnts cardio
I did my best and it payoff.
