yesterday was my day off . so today I was suppose to feel fresh and with a lot of energys to workout but that wasn’t the case I did my workout but I felt that I didn’t put 100% and that bothers me I have too many things on my mind I have to train my self that when I’m on the gym I have to forget about everything else and do my workout it’s not just you body but you mind have to be on what you doing to get better result … still I’m glad I went cause I did my cardio gods know I need it but what I love the most is lifting so tomorrow I will do my best because don’t like the feeling that I get when I don’t .
the good thing today is I’m feeling better from my injury my back is getting better I felt that today no more pain when Im working out I can’t wait to do squats again.
