since my injury I’m afraid to do legs …. still I have to do them I used to love  doing legs  I guess still do  but I just have to be extra careful for now on.

step-up

20×15, 20×15,20×15, 20×15, 20×15

lunges 5 laps  w.20

deadlift (cables)  5 sets w22.5

45 mts cardio
