let’s do this again

I been lazy writing my blog  but I will started  doing this again because  this keep me center  focus on my goals . I been training hard  for the last 3weeks I haven’t miss a workout and is working I just need to add more cardio to my training and see how it goes .

after 45mnts cardio  30 on treadmill 15 on eleptical
