Today was the best workout ever!!! I think I really like doing circuit training best…. I am feeling great still! I am wondering something though… Is it bad to do 2 a day workouts as long as it isn’t working the same muscles? Or maybe just Cardio in the morning and then cardio and weights in the afternoon ??? Just wondering what others think?

I am noticing results!!! ahhhhh and I bought a new fat burner today only because their other products have been helping!
I need new updated pictures! They are coming!!! And also Belinda Benn is awesome …she replied to my comment; the first fitness model to actually give a crap!! Thank God…just for that I am subscribing to her blog!!

So i worked really hard yesterday and I am sore do I rest and only do cardio or keep going with the routine?? I don’t want to over do it!

I just decided two days ago I will work hard to become a fitness model and maybe compete. I have always been told I should model but never pursued the dream because life got in the way. Not now!!!! I am make devising a new workout plan to add to my current one and making log of my progress in a notebook!! I am excited but I know the importance of staying focussed to accomplish my goals.
