Hi sarah; the very same thing happened to me 3 months ago. Forcing yourself is the WORST thing to do. Take a look at my progress pics; as you can see, the aug pic i have big arms, then the unthinkable happened. Something happened in my personal life that i became stressed and fell sick all the time. I lost 20lb and as you can see on the november photo I lost size aswell. Emediately after taking that photo I realized something was wrong. I decided to take a month and a half off training and started back on Jan 12th. Take a look at my current pic and you can see that I gainned all my size back and I'm actually bigger than ever.
So my advice to you would be to take a minimum of a week away from training and seek out a way to get over whatever might be wrong in your personal life. When you'll start back, you'll be stronger than ever.
Let me know if this worked for you, your friend Matt ;)

Be careful training chest. The average fitness genius will say cable crossover work is the pinnacle of exercising. It's not. It causes acute atrophy in the lower head of the bicep and destroys the aesthetic appeal of the arm. Don't do any type of cable crossover. It isn't worth it.

Canadian Health&amp;Care Mall started as a multistore based in Toronto and Ottawa in early 90s. Health&amp;Care chain store system has been growing from year to year and finally has resulted in the current online project, as a result of operating not just as a family pharmacy but also as a store of so-called "useful things" . We tried to obtain the benefit from our previous experience and to create a really competing online resource for absolutely any customer. Though the idea is standard you may be absolutely sure that the filling is unique and has no analogues all over the Internet. We would like to admit that our online store is operating independently from the offline store system.

Keep a reasonable food intake up. Remwmber:
1) Muscle needs a steady intake of proteen to grow and flurish.
2)Carbs and fat ARE needed..just do not go overboard and get stupid.
3) You have a young and fast matabalism..the next 7 years are when you can practicly live on pizza at times and as long as you workout enough can gain muscle and not lard out as long as you are carefull and reasonable!

I agree with Sam, diet is VERY important. Never starve yourself and maintain proper nutrition. Keep in mind if you push yourself too hard when your body is in need of recuperation. Chest is Great but balance is equally important.

Its great news that you are working towards a goal and training hard. You already is no less than a champion. But I would advice that you take a healthy diet. Never cut on diet. Exercise harder if you want, but don't starve yourself. And don't make it too painful... I know you can easily do it... you still have almost 5 months to go :)
And work on other muscles too, don't just go crazy about your bench target.
