Well, the week is nearly over, everything seems to be on track, fingers crossed!!! Going to take some pics in a couple of days. slightly over eating tuna, must eat more chicken!! Am getting more motivation by looking at all the awesome people on this site

Well 6 weeks to go to my first comp, need to upload some more progress pictures!! Diet is going ok, very strict at the moment, which I am not finding to bad. I don’t have any crazy cravings and haven’t slipped up, I think I am way to scared of not being ready. Many thanks to Vanessa who is helping me with all my contest prep.xxxx
