					<description>Check my June 27 blog post.  I think the ‘feeling’ of &amp;amp;#34;motivation&amp;amp;#34; is irrelevant &amp;amp;#38;amp; is over-rated. It all boils down to how much you want it, so that determination &amp;amp;#38;amp; persistence will keep you at it. I don’t keep at it because I ‘feel’ motivated (esp with 5am workouts, before work, my only avail time to workout). It’s because the alternative isn’t an option in my mind.

					<description>Belly Dance is a great workout, and lots of fun, too.  It is especially good for the abs and back, (was originally a dance to strengthen women's bodies for child birth), although it tones and strengthens your whole body. It is NOT stripping or pole dancing.  A good way to find out if it is for you is to check out your community education program or your parks and rec. program to see if anyone is teaching there, because those classes are less expensive than the more advanced ones you'll take at the instructors' studios, if you get addicted (like I am). :-)</description>

3) Maby add a little definition with a little more weight training and 15 lbs to tighten up..but also doing some oldschool Martial arts body weight training would be fine.
4) I always sugest MA..are you superised?</description>
