UGH Where is it?

Where is the d*mn motivation? I am struggling to get into a routine. I can’t believe that I have been having such a hard time getting back into the swing of things. Its not like I havent done it before….any pointers out there?

Check my June 27 blog post. I think the ‘feeling’ of "motivation" is irrelevant & is over-rated. It all boils down to how much you want it, so that determination & persistence will keep you at it. I don’t keep at it because I ‘feel’ motivated (esp with 5am workouts, before work, my only avail time to workout). It’s because the alternative isn’t an option in my mind.

Good luck. YOU CAN DO IT.

The first step is the hardest (routine)…..commit to a week no matter what…the momentum will carry you from there.

Welcome back! Do what you enjoy and do it often, maybe even try a new routine. Try a partner that will motivate you as well.

I took almost four years off of working out and the thing that has me motivated is a personal goal. Find something you want and use that to get you going. I hope you found it by now I know how its hard to get on track.
