You don’t have to live in the gym…looks like you could be a ring girl already…haha…love the handstand…..pic perfect, now try it without the wall….haha..only kidding….Erica;0)
It’s definitely not true that you have to live in gym. You only have to work out there 1-2 times a day with one or two days off a week with eating clean food will bring your body out to the max. Just tell your guy friends to stick the words they said back in their mouths and be supportive from now on if you want to accomplish this goal of being a ring girl in UFC because I believe you would/can do it!
You are absolutely right! There is no reason a healthy and great looking body should "live in the gym." I took my body weight from 228 to 168 in two years, adding good muscle on the way. Through the teachings of my weightlifting coaches and my choices, I arrived at a much better place to live by exercising, eating, and resting correctly. (Also, as far as exercise goes, it pays to vary your workouts the same as you vary your diet. Don’t simply train with weights, use swimming/biking/running/etc. to round yourself out and avoid burnout. Heck, go rollerblading or dancing for fun!)
80% nutrition 10% exercise 10% genetics. I believe you’d have to maintain proper nutrition instead of exercise more (assuming that since you are on here that you are currently exercising). Sure you can change it up in your routine, but those girls don’t live in the gym, so why would you?
1) Already hot as all hell!
2) What were these so caled "Frends" smokeing ?
3) Maby add a little definition with a little more weight training and 15 lbs to tighten up..but also doing some oldschool Martial arts body weight training would be fine.
4) I always sugest MA..are you superised?

Lots of ways to do it. You could even take up a sport like rock climbing or sculling and never even see the inside of a gym. Good luck.
