Yesterday was leg day. Since I have not lifted weights in what probably amounts to a year i worked hard but didnt do a ton. I did squats, lunges, calf raises, and did step ups on the box. Saturday morning will be a jog and some ab work on the ball. Sunday will be another jog. Monday I will do some upper body work with bands, and doing push ups and dips. They say ya need a plan right! I think as soon as my legs can take it I am going to go to stadiums. Wish me luck in my first true week back.

I am weighing in around 140 lbs but a little out of shape since the last time I was on here. It is time for a reboot, refocus and get into amazing shape again.
Lets get started.

So I am starting a new challenge. I have failed to complete the last two I have attempted to start but hey you have to keep trying right? I am having a friendly competition with a guy at work also so that ought to motivate me some also. I guess I need to take a picture and update where I have let myself go to. I know putting that picture up makes it very very real. I just hate to admit that I have gotten flabby again. That’s ok though I know that 12 hard weeks of training can completely turn my body around. Here we go. J

Time to get motivated again. I have been away from the site for awhile but I believe it was a huge help in getting me to some of my goals. I am going to start journaling on here again and posting pics so that I hold myself accountable. Anyway wish me luck. I have not gained much but its time to lose what I have gained and go beyond.

Its a new beginning. Its fun how with bodybuiling and healthy lifestyles I constantly can have new beginnings with each new goal I set. So my next goal is 130 lbs. Somewhere around 19% bodyfat. There is a friendly competition in my office for weight loss. I can’t compete with men who have over 30 lbs to lost so I am just in it for me.
. Thats all for now. It is hard to get time to write on here when I have school and work and working out. I’d rather not write and run.
Ill try to keep updated and keep checking in on the ones who have offered me so much support. Good luck everyone!

So I got a message in my email today that its been two weeks since I updated my blog and a huge amount of people have been checking it so I decided to take some time to update. Thanks for the love guys and heres my update. I have not been hitting the weights on a regular schedule but im still getting in quite a bit of activity. Last week at hip hop we learned break dancing and it is the best overall body workout I have ever encountered. Every inch of my body was sore the next day. We worked on handstands, inverts, and 6 step movement. This hip hop class added some much needed pizazz to my workout routine. I have been doing yardwork, pulling weeds, trimming trees, putting up christmas lights, going to parties, dancing, hosting a party, cooking, and baking. I have been walking with a good friend of mine in the evening with our dogs and I love talking to her on our walks. I am still getting on here and reading your blogs and checking out progress things are just really hectic. I will be traveling down to S. FL. two times in the next three weeks. Its a 6 hour drive each way each time I do it. So my goal thru the holidays may dissappoint you guys but its to maintain what I have built. Then once the holidays are over I will be kicking my butt to create the best body I have ever built by April 2nd. My 26th birthday. Im thinking about celebrating in Vegas with an aweome little dress. Anyway thats all for now. Take care.
Oh and thanks for checking on me and making bodyspace admins mail me and tell me to get my act together.
