been a while

It’s been four months of trying to reach my goal. with no luck.. I have started a new supplement and I happy with the results I’m getting. In two weeks I have gain about 6lbs, I’m eating like crazy. Must be eating about 6 or 7 small meals dueing the day Then of coarse A big meal at dinner after gym.. While I see wake up witha empty stomach and get the shakes.

While I still have 6 weeks before I finish my cousre I hope to reach my goal of 190lbs. I currectly on 171.6. Yeah I know I’m 19lbs out, but I’m sure that my Hard work and Eating like a freak will help.

past 2months

These past two month must be the longest I have never taking any supplements. Normally every month I’m be buying something too help me reach my Goals.

I haven’t made that many gains, but I’m looking much more defined than before. I have been out of gym for like a week now due to injury which happened over the weekend. I’m Trianing more often and smarter,plus I being like a personal trainer to my sister who decided to join the gym, but she only train 2 a once (Weekends) but I guess that fine for her.. I hoping that March I be back on rack with my training and hopefully I’ll get supplements soon.

Goals for 2008

I have made my mind on what goals I want for 2008.

I’m going to work more on my under delevop body parts. (forearms, Abs, legs, claves)

Still want to get my weight up to 85kg, going to try push my bench up other 40kg’s and my squats another 40 -60 kg’s

Well I’ll see how the year goes but I plan on doing for competetion around april. Which I guess I really need to start pushing myself even more .

First i want to wish everyone a HAPPY NEW YEAR. Most of us reach our goals and others didn’t.But now it’s a new year new goals.

I not sure about others but I reached some of my goals and others I didn’t so, now I’m moving them to this year. I dicided to take it easy during the holidays. In a results of taking it easy or not gym, not eating properly and ect. I lost 5KG (10lbs) but I can say that I look much leaner. Yes before I looked abit bigger but lean muscle wasn’t show all that much.

Now my main goal is to reach 85 kg ’s in 2 months. Then from there I’ll see.

Plus I’m sure that everyone partied like crazy, I’m now I did, Ok I did over do it But I had one hell of a time.

this month hasn’t been what I excepted. I’m so used to training with supplement, that now I haven’t taking any for two week, I don’t have energy to lift heavy. I guess it is also in the mind. If your mind can just get in gear and tell my body to get the blood pumping, then everything should be fine.

I be training natural with no supplements for the whole of December. So it really, just eating this month to bulk up and get my weight, as it has drop abit and plus I haven’t be eating a work for the past week. Well it’s just a few days left before we close for the December Holidays.

I have reached some goals so far, but the one’s I didn’t reach will have to carry over to the next year March. Plus I haven’t made short term goals for a long time now. Let’s see how the December goes with my training.

Weekend

November 25, 2007

This weekend was all about eating for me. first Saturday night went out for dinner, ate like pig, but then came Sunday. Sunday was worst. Had my nephews baptized  and we went to a Restaurant for lunch,which serves buffet only. Damn did I eat. Had three plates of food plus three plates on dessert. after all that food I had to walk it off. Otherwise it was a great weekend.

Went to the gym on Sunday morning to relief some stress from my older nephews from the day before. I workout my legs and abs as I need to work on those body parts as they lacking behind.

One Week off.

November 13, 2007

I went to the doctor for a check up on my neck, which was paining quite bad on Sunday after I went to the gym and went skiing. Sametime ask him about the pain in my forearms near the bone. He says it from overtraing and lifting too heavy. Told me to take about 5 days off for my neck to heal or it can spend to my back(the pain).Got some Muscle relaxers tables and pain killers.

But I’ll be back in the gym on Saturday lifting again, but not as heavy where left off. Ok Maybe I have being overtraining. I think the last time I didn’t train for a week was never. Bec when I started lifting serouis again in December 2006 and haven’t stoped until now.

Well let’s see what happens due the week if I get better and take it slowly from there.

WTF

November 12, 2007

I know it’s been 2 weeks since I said that I’m taking my training to the next level. But F*** my body is playing games with me. First I had a minor sit back last week, but now I have a stiff neck after I workout on sunday and went skiing. I mean, what’s next, Broken Arm (touch wood).

But all these things won’t stop me from going to the gym. It’s kind of stuck on my head, that I have to go to the gym. If I don’t then I get pissed off,  unless i told myself that I taking the day off. but still how I’m going to reach my goals ,if all these sit back occur all the time.

Minor sit back.

November 8, 2007

Well all waas going great until yesterday afternoon. started having stomach problem, but all is fine. Drunk some coke and i pill to stop the running stomach slept for a few hours. woke feeling fine.. Lost about 2 kg’s yesterday, not good for as I’m trying to put on weight.

Like I said only a minor set back. I’ll back in the gym over the weekend.
