<p>On the other hand I have realised I have been training hard for nearly 2 years now and have made some good progress I have such a problem area around the middle of my body and I dont really thinks its the lower part of stomache its more directly above and under the chest! No matter what sometimes I feel my body is just naturally wide!! IF anyone has any ideas on how I  could do something to reduce this area I would really appreciate it <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />

I have cut way back on the carbs i did an upper body workout yesterday and today my energy levels are so low I feel so sleepy I felt like this yesterday too!! in the morning I am fine apart from a few muscle pains which are all good!!  but I need to be up for another 1 hour atleast to complete some work and I am finding it hard to keep my eyes open!!

Just got back from gym and had a great legs workout pushing 95KG on the leg press for 15 reps!! with fairly comfortable ease!! that is my PB!! following the legs w/o I did 35mins of steady state cardio!! had some new [...]]]></description>
