					<description>Hey! I was reading an article in HERS Muscle &amp;amp;#38;amp; Fitness saying that you'd be tired after you start a low card high intensity workout. Your body just has to get used to it. They recommend giving yourself 10 to 14 days to adjust and then make changes if you're still tired afterwards. Let me know if your still tired and I'll try and help you out!

Don't let some guy get in the way of your goals! You need to make you happy before making someone else happy! It's perfectly normal to get upset and want to get off of your program, just give yourself a couple day of lax and then hit your goals even harder! Good luck with everything and I truly hope you feel better!
