Energy Levels are up!!

So thanks to some advice I added in some multi vitamin and I’ve discovered Superpump 250!! this stuff is pretty amazing in terms of the energy levels it brings to workouts!! I am doing much heavier weights especially on upper body (my main problem area!!) so am impressed!!

On the other hand I have realised I have been training hard for nearly 2 years now and have made some good progress I have such a problem area around the middle of my body and I dont really thinks its the lower part of stomache its more directly above and under the chest! No matter what sometimes I feel my body is just naturally wide!! IF anyone has any ideas on how I  could do something to reduce this area I would really appreciate it :)

Ok I am on day 5 of hitting the weights hard and cardio straight after!! I have cut way back on the carbs i did an upper body workout yesterday and today my energy levels are so low I feel so sleepy I felt like this yesterday too!! in the morning I am fine apart from a few muscle pains which are all good!!  but I need to be up for another 1 hour atleast to complete some work and I am finding it hard to keep my eyes open!!

Today was better than yesterday!!

Thankfully the bad days are over !! I dont care he didnt call! Just got back from gym and had a great legs workout pushing 95KG on the leg press for 15 reps!! with fairly comfortable ease!! that is my PB!! following the legs w/o I did 35mins of steady state cardio!! had some new music on the ipod and felt REAL GOOD coming out of the gym!! hope this high lasts :) !

Today is the beginning of the end!!

So had a date on tuesday and even managed to get a 1hour workout in before going!! had a good time and now the worst bit…….. he text me right after saying he had a nice time and would like to meet again!! but since tuesday i have heard nothing!! intialy i took my anger out in gym but by friday i was feeling so down and have eaten junk none stop!! Even though i had a great workout this morning I have been eating cookies and all sorts since!!!
