Sooooo Tired!
Ok I am on day 5 of hitting the weights hard and cardio straight after!! I have cut way back on the carbs i did an upper body workout yesterday and today my energy levels are so low I feel so sleepy I felt like this yesterday too!! in the morning I am fine apart from a few muscle pains which are all good!! but I need to be up for another 1 hour atleast to complete some work and I am finding it hard to keep my eyes open!!

Hey! I was reading an article in HERS Muscle & Fitness saying that you’d be tired after you start a low card high intensity workout. Your body just has to get used to it. They recommend giving yourself 10 to 14 days to adjust and then make changes if you’re still tired afterwards. Let me know if your still tired and I’ll try and help you out!

Check you’re diet over. You may be cutting too much of the carbs out of your diet, which is why you’re feeling so sleepy. And remember not to over train your body.

You may want to look at your diet, but awesome work on working out….that is great….I need to get back in the gym, its been a couple of days but the body needs to rest as well. Good Luck.

…also you could be getting a cold or something…easy to do since you are working out so hard, it weakens the immune system for a while after…
