quick snack: whey protein + pb 200 cals 6carbs 19 gr. protein 11fat
Daily goal: 150 grams of fat
half dinner like thingy: 8 oz chicken breast 231 cals 0 carbs 43.5protein 5 fat
25 grams of carbs
dinner: 8 oz burger 0 carbs 46 grams protein 21 gr fat
preworkout: noshotgun 100 cals 17 gr protein 8 carbs
post workout whey 180 cals 18 grams protein 5 carbs 9fat
daily total:
221 gr protein
84 gr fat
28 gr carbs
