Back From Month Break.
It has been over a month since I have last written a blog here. So much has happened to me since then. I have been terminated from my job which I had in what would have been 2 years in November. That has given me a chance to reevaluate my priorities and what is important to me in life.
The positive thing during the summer is that I didn’t eat any candy or many sweets. I have lost 20 pounds and decided to remain with it. I also fasted and the results have been positive as well. No I didn’t starve myself. I decided to make a change and it turns out that I loved it. My main reason is that I am getting older and need to take better care of myself. I will turn 39 years old in 2 weeks.
That has been on my mind lately. I will add thing in my fitness journals and put it on here online soon. I will really start posting my recent fitness journal entries on here next week definitely. Enjoy the rest of your weekend and happy workout.
