My first Post
Monday, August 20th, 2007Well, I continue to try to figure out this workout thing. I really don’t have much help other than this site and reading magazines. I think I’m doing alright though for only being 2 months in. My main thing right now for diet, is to try to reduce sugar. I have gone to drinking just coffee with no sugar, and water. I also have been resisting things like candy and other deserts.
One of the most difficult things for me to do has been to get into a routine. I work retail, so sometimes I have to work really early in the morning, and other times, really late at night. This really screws up my workout schedule and what I am able to do for vitamins, supplements, eating, etc, to maximize my results. Maybe someone out there has some advice for the best way to deal with an inconsistent schedule. Gotta go workout now.
